We are having our Philanthropy events this week! This is a set of our annual events which are meant to raise money for our Philanthropy, PUSH AMERICA (www.pushamerica.org).
We will be set up on the green Monday and Tuesday from 12-3pm to give you all a chance to pick a brother and throw a pie in his face.
Also:
This is Pi Kappa Phi's 7th annual Arm Wrestling tournament at Tijuana Flats (Southside and Baymeadows, next to Publix). This year we are teaming up with the brothers of Sigma Chi with hopes to raise money for two benefits. One is to raise money for our philanthropy, Push America. The other cause is to help Patrick Causey. He was injured in a intramural football game (blood clot in his right thigh) and now has a sizable hospital bill. Join us as we are hoping to help a brother out in a time of need.
We have two weight classes for guys, and two brackets for girls who want to enter in the tournament.
It is 10$ to enter (8pm registration, 9pm start). Donations are also welcome for those not interested in participating. This is a fun event that attracts alot of contestants and even more spectators, so come out, get some good Mexican food, and support us in our philanthropic spirit.

This is an overdue thanks to Matt Craft and everyone else that organized our RUSH. It was very successful, and this leads to my next point of congratulating the new Associate Members in choosing Pi Kappa Phi. You guys will have the best semester of your life being an Associate Member of Pi Kappa Phi!
